　　TECMO KOEI GAMES 於 2013 年 11 月 28 日推出 PS3／PS Vita 版，2014 年 2 月 22 日推出 PS4 版的歷史動作遊戲《真･三國無雙 7 with 猛將傳》（真・三國無双7 with 猛将伝），日前公佈以猛將傳經典的「挑戰模式」（チャレンジモード）為主題的遊戲實玩影片及遊戲畫面，內容包括本作重要的新故事模式「呂布」遊戲實玩場景，來自猛將傳的追加要素，「三方對峙」（三すくみ）及「覺醒亂舞」等基本系統說明。本作沿襲了《真･三國無雙 7》的世界觀及戰鬥系統，並追加了豐富新要素，包括描寫實力強如鬼神般的猛將呂布生平的全新故事及新登場角色，搭載了新要素的「將星模式」等，讓玩家可以暢遊更完整的《真･三國無雙 7》內容。

　　另外，凡購買 PS3 版實體／下載／TREASURE BOX 任何版本的玩家，即可於 2014 年 2 月 22 日至 3 月 31 日期間以 1,000 日幣價格購買 PS4 下載版，由於本作支援跨平台間的遊戲存檔，有意購入 PS4 版的玩家不妨先行體驗 PS3 版的遊戲內容。
